The Prophet Mohammad Islam www.newmuslimessentials.com
The life of Muhammad (SAW) has been documented very well, primarily through Hadith, hence we know many things about him and his life. Muhammad (SAW) was well known by all the people of his community, even prior to his prophethood, to exhibit outstanding and exemplary behavior and was a man of excellent and exceptional character and morals. He was often affectionately called “al-Ameen” (which means “the trustworthy”) by all people in his day. He was precisely the perfect and most worthy kind of person to deliver the words of Allah (SWT). It is from this remarkable reputation that lends him the credibility for all of mankind to put faith in his deeds, actions and words.
